The technical quality is excellent and the knowledge transfer was exactly what I was looking for and more. I can’t say enough good things about the level of support I received and being able to undertake the training within my own time frame was of critical benefit for me. The hands-on lab and detailed workshops compliment the video modules nicely and the courseware and reading materials provide a fantastic reference of items I’ll actually use (as opposed to most ‘user manuals’ that sit on the shelf). There is no question that this was time and money well spent.
